Our next meeting is at 2pm on December 13th at Holy Rosary Religious Ed Building, Milam St in Houston.

Our group study will be on Chapter 2 of Abiding the Long Defeat by Conor Sweeney.

After that Inquirers will discuss Chapter 2 on role of Community as a pillar of Dominican life, as well as pages 180-187 of Dominicana and Chapters 2-3 of the book on St Dominic. Candidates will discuss Ch 8-11 of the book on St Rose of Lima. Temp professed will discuss Ch 5-6 of the Gospel of John and pages 96-134 of the commentary. Professed will discuss Ch 1 of the essay “The Philisophical Act” in the book Leisure the Basis of Culture.

We will end the meeting by heading across the street to pray Evening Prayer. We will pray in the Church beginning promptly at 4:15 in order to be finished for the beginning of the Rosary at 4:35.
