Our next meeting is at 2pm on February 14th at Holy Rosary Religious Ed Building, Milam St in Houston.

We will have a guest lecture by Fr Thomas More OP. Our group study will continue in March with Chapter 4 of Abiding the Long Defeat by Conor Sweeney.

After the lecture, Inquirers will discuss Chapter 4 on liturgical prayer as a pillar of Dominican Life, as well as chapters 3-4 of Dominicana. Candidates will discuss Ch 11-20 of the book on St Martin de Porres. Temp professed will discuss Ch 9-10 of the Gospel of John and pages 171-190 of the commentary. Professed will discuss Ch 4 of the essay “The Philosophical Act” in the book Leisure the Basis of Culture.

We will end the meeting by heading across the street to pray Evening Prayer. We will pray in the Church beginning promptly at 4:15 in order to be finished for the beginning of the Rosary at 4:35.
